Background
The Greiling cigarette cards were produced and distributed in Germany and contained a combination of cards from a variety of sports.
The fussballsport series was dedicated to solely footballers and match action shots. This set is highly sought after amongst collectors as these cards are some of the earliest ones that can be found related to German football.
The sportbilder series was dedicated to a combination of footballers and other prominent athletes during the 1920s and 30s. Some of these cards are related to the Olympics and other major sporting events.

(1926) Greiling Fussballsport B&W
The black and white cards that were produced and distributed by Greiling were manufactured in 1926. These cards feature an assortment of portrait shots of footballers from Germany at the time across the country and regional leagues.
This set comes in two different sizes, Medium and Small. Some of the medium cards also come perforated. The gallery below will contain a mix of the two because the cards are the same regardless of size.

This series of cards from 1926 were dedicated to the boxers of the era. These cards are black and white and follow much of the same design as the fussballsport cards above.
